Rich Dad Education - Big SCAM
I just attended the 3 day course in Auckland New Zealand. Peter M was the head spokes person.
I went to the free seminar and then i had to pay to do the 3 day course which was around $650 per person and they promised that they were going to tell us every thing we needed to know about real estate. when i got to the 3 day seminar/course it was all about them trying to scam u into another $35k course it was such a scam. LEGACY EDUCATION ARE RIPPING VULNERABLE INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO MAKE AN HONEST LIVING OFF. THEY ARE THE FULL OF ***.

I don't know why people go to these seminars expecting valuable information and education to be free....there's no such thing as a free lunch. If you're trying to "get rich" without the proper education, motivation, and action, you will never succeed.
The process of adjusting a set of mismanaged expectations can be a tricky one to implement!
Scammers! You should all be ashamed of yourselves!
Same problem in Denver (September 2016) with Elite Legacy Real Estate Training. Paid $550 with a promise of very specific teaching related to small apartment complex investing.
The speaker, Lauri W., just brushed over the topics but would not provide any real training without having students spend $25,000 for additional training, software and materials. She spent 3 days telling us about her success and pushing the class to use hard money loans to buy the additional training.
Note: $25,000 is the discounted price if you buy before the end of the class on Sunday.
No time to really sleep on it before deciding. Some people took the risk and I hope it goes well for them.
