Seattle Symposium July 2019
I was robbed $705.39
The Elite Legacy Education Alliance out of Tampa, FL has committed a fraud on me and many others in the guise of an education system that is suppose to teach Real Estate Investment education in a 3-day seminar. The Elite Legacy Education Alliance stole my $705.29.
It all started with a Facebook add that claimed to tech people Real Estate Investment through a free seminar. It sounded good because I had nothing to loose other than some free time I had in the evening.
So on April 5, 2018 I went to this free event at 6:00pm that took place in Hilton St. Petersburg. The speaker did a great job motivating people about getting into Real Estate Investment business. He explained that education makes you broke and you have to get a Real Estate investment education to get rich . The lecture made sense to me because formal education does makes you a more intellectual person but does not really tech you how to make money and get rich. At the end of the free session they started selling a kit with a workbook, a tablet and a 3-day seminar where the actual Real Estate investment strategy will be taught. We were told that it very simple to be a millionaire through Real Estate investment. Simply all we have to do is open a s Corp through SunBiz, make a business card with profession Real Estate Investor, and complete the 3-day seminar. We will be well on our way to become the next millionaire. It seemed very simple because Elite Legacy Education will teach me the industry knowledge for Real Estate investment through the 3-day seminar. I jumped onto it. Paid $705.29. Took the kit home. I was excited because I thought this would be great portable skill to attain because I am in the military and always on the move to different duty station every few years.
The day before the 3-day seminar a counselor from Legacy Education Alliance called me and asked me about my goals and financial status. I provided the the information and he gave me a few website to look through.
On April 28, I arrived at Tampa Hilton for the 3-day seminar where I was expecting to learn about real estate investment and strategy. I was super excited. Sadly it was a 9 brutal hours of seminar where there were no learning objectives on real estate investment but rather they kept about one hundred people captive and brainwashed them about why one should rich. It was all bout making people dream about getting rich. They gave us only one 10 minutes break every two hours and an one our lunch break. 95% of the day's lecture content was you can do it and you can be millionaire. The 5 percent of the lecture was about a scenario on figuring out a way to buy a foreclosure property with no money of your own and increase the equity by 30 thousand dollars.
Throughout the course, they kept mentioning about students need to buy additional education packages for the price that ranges from $14k to 40k. It was not clear to me at that time why additional education for this enormous amount of money. Then I went back to the hotel read through their catalog. I realized that this is a super scam. Everything they were doing and saying during the entire 9 hour training session was about brainwashing people to buy the ultimate $40k education material. I also have come to realize that things that I was getting for my $700 are truly useless unless I buy their $40k additional education materials.
Elite Legacy Education did not provide me what they promised for my $705.39. Therefor, I respectfully request refund and reimbursement in the amount of $1,700.39 from the team lead at the seminar on the 2nd day. Her name was Kim. Below is the break down:
3-Day Seminar fee $705.39
Monetary damage $995.00
----------------------------------------
Total $1700.39
Kim had no interest in refunding my money. Then I spoke with their Vice President, North American Operation, who was happened to be there. He asked me to email him the complain and I did with request for refund and reimbursement.
The lack of transparency during the free seminar for the the sale of the 3-day seminar was the main issue. Misleading information from the free seminar led me to purchase the 3-day seminar for $700.00. Beside I was not delivered the education they promised would come with the $700 3-day seminar.
My recommendation. Do not buy the 3-day seminar. It is a scam!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEAND MONEY
Me and my friends paid for the 3 day course and our speaker was Sam and his team Eric and rob.
I should start off by saying how I would NEVER recommend for someone to pay for this 3 day course not to mention the 13k+ course they try to upsell
You after. Sam was all over the place when teaching this course and never actually answered the questions that were being asked but claimed he went through it already. there was a point where 2 people spoke out to call him out on this because when we asked a question he said he will go through that but end of the course he never did. His team member Eric was a nightmare to be in the class with. You weren’t allowed to whisper, nor laugh without him coming up to you and telling you to stop and pay attention “respect their time” as if we weren’t the ones who paid for the course for ourselves and forgive us for trying to ask our friends questions that sam never got answers to. They introduce you to the potential “mentors” you could have if you pay for their 13k-50k course (there are different courses) and never give you a chance to ask those mentors questions as they quickly sign off on skype after telling their story and “how they became successful” they sit with you one on one and try to sell
You this mentor course and I told
Them honestly I didn’t really like how they taught and didn’t think it would add any value to me based on how this 3 day course was already presented and knowing these were the people that will be “mentoring” you also. Eric then went to go offend me by saying in snarky tone “you know what if this isn’t for you then it’s not for you I get it you can’t afford the course it’s fine if you don’t have money for the course then just say it you don’t need to make up excuses” I WAS SO SHOCKED that I had no idea what to say back that I sat there and said it’s definitely not the money part. And he shrugged his shoulders and left. I have been to so many great courses similar to these like the Phil town, daymond John, and others this one was by far the worse and I wish I could request a refund!
Great investment bust very pricey
Asking for refund, couldnt sign in, messages not reply
Full refund of my $700
So this past weekend (June 1st-3rd) I attended a three day course in Albany NY. I first Attended a free seminar in Troy on May 10th. While I was there myself and a lot more people we were told to go to this three day course and we are going to learn everything we needed to know the being our real estate career. We got promised this amazing class and all this information. So I got excited and I purchased the 3 day course for the amount of $700.
After that I went to the 3 day course, and by the end of day one I could see that this entire 3 days was going to be this huge sales pitch to purchase the insanely expensive classes. The lead speaker Anne kept making this promises that simply are not true, and every time she saw people that she was losing she would make up some ridiculous and unrealistic examples of this “deals” with this huge profit margins so people could pay attention again. On Saturday the sales pressure was insane, she kept pressuring us to purchase the "Master elite" program that of course its the most expensive and she was teaching people how to rack up their credit cards limits, that is unheard of and so irresponsible!!! And of course here comes Sunday and the pressure was huge, I was approached by every coach there on multiple occasions on why I didn’t want to sign up. All the examples and the deals somehow would made everybody in that room millionaires within a few years, seriously?!?!? I was promised a three day of learning, instead i got three days of hard sales pitch and how to rack up credit cards to pay them the money that they wants us to pay.
At the end of three days I lost my money and my time from my pregnant wife that she really needed me by her side.
Elite Legacy Education you did not provide me with what you promised me for my $700. Therefor, I respectfully request refund and reimbursement in the amount of $1,400. Below is the break down:
3-Day Seminar fee $700
Monetary damage $700
